Unfortunately, in early 2019, my then-infant daughter was involved in a low-speed vehicular side-swipe on private Wisconsin property in a relative's vehicle. My situation was a slip and fall at the apartment complex I lived in. At first the company whom ran the apartment complex refused to do anything. So, I went to renters’ right’s and they would not take a slip and fall case. I was actually told the answer was to move. This took me back for a moment, but did not stop me. I did some more research and found the place I needed to write my concern was the “Department of Agriculture”.
