Showed up to look at car, but first let me say:
DON'T GO HERE! There was someone already looking at it so I said I would wait. The owner was very rude and argued with me for no reason. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. He explained someone was looking at it and he was upset I was there too. Even though I showed up at the time I said I would. The brothers were arguing out in the open- very unprofessional. I had no issues waiting to see the car. The issue was how I was treated while I was there. I went to another shop instead. The car I wanted to see there was also being looked at but I felt so welcomed at the other place. Instead of complaing he showed me his other cars and I ended up buying on at the other shop. There was no misunderstanding on my side.
I was very clear when I was coming. The employees here have no customers service skills.

2005 Honda Element: They took care of us. Sorry everyone else had a bad experience but these guys were great to our family. We drove 50 minutes to see the vehicle and thankfully my husband has mechanic experience. He checked everything out and verified everything with Ali! It’s a good vehicle for our daughter!

Rented a truck through turbo. When they Gave us the truck as soon as we hit the road the we needed to put brake fluid in the truck. We had the truck for 5 days. When asked for a refund I was questioned and asked why did I put brake fluid in the truck why was I touching stuff like I was a child. Left a device in the truck asked the "owner" to hold on to it. A month passed by due to no transportation and got nothing but attitude and was told I should not have expected to get my device back a month later and then was told she didn't have to look or do anything. I will NEVER come back or rent through them again.

I had paid $5,100 for a Hyundai Santa Fe and let me tell you, my car isn’t working now and it’s only been 4 weeks having it. My suv is in the shop and my gasket needs to be replaced a oil leak that was actually going into the work part ( I didn’t know about ) plus coils and spark plug need to be replaced it’s costing me $780 to repair at TMS auto off Springfield and Mattis, I called the car about what the mechanic shop told me and my car isn’t drivable and the guy who sold me the car has a attitude now and very disrespectful worse place to buy a used car! Bad customer service also. Wants me to drive the vehicle to them failing to listen that the mechanic said driving it will cause further engine troubles sit to the fact that oil is leaking into another compartment of the engine that it is not supposed to… If I could give zero stars I would. Do not buy from here! Beware you will get a mechanic special. They did say they get these cars from auctions. They will do what is needed to get you to buy the car and will only last a month before major mechanical failure.
