Body Works Martial Arts Training Center

So welcoming and patient with kids (and parents)! Our 7 year old recently started and they have been incredible through the entire process. Reasonably priced with multiple class days/times to choose from.

Body Works is a great place for my 7 almost 8 year old daughter. She has been attending classes going on 3 months and we have had only pleasent experiences there due to the friendly and possitive atmosphere everytime we are there. I am happy to see my daughter so eager to attend the classes and practice at home and i'm confident that she will be happy and eager to attend classes for many years to come.

My son and 2 nieces have been attending Bodyworks for a few years now.
The dojo is run in a very professional manner. Instructos are patient with the students and demonstrate moves thoroughly.
Watching the student's learn and grow is exciting!

My son had quickly grown to respect the teachers and feels a part of the group. They do very well with the young age group- making it fun but earning respect. Glad we went with this place!

Body works instructors care for each student as individuals. They take the time to get to know your child and help them strive for higher goals. Very family friendly business!

When we first started at Body Works Martial Arts around 2 years ago my son was shy and not very confident. He has grown as a person and his confidence has also grown. The instructors are great, everyone is very friendly and helpful. My youngest has enjoyed watching his older brother so much that now he has joined and he's only 4. The instructors are very patient and they make it fun for the kids.

An incredible, wodnerfully supportive group of people. The owners and instructors all have a vested interest in teaching respect, discipline, and self-control as much as the martial arts. They encourage families to support their kids, and do everything they can to help students (kids and adults) succeed. Highly recommend!
