We had a heater noise issue with a brand new unit that had been installed in august. We were told by the guy who installed it and our landlords that the high pitched squealing noise was normal and to deal with it. We were at our wits end when it was below 60 in our unit for several weeks when Bob Jenson was recommended to me by current customers of theirs. they did not disappoint. The technician who came out immediately diagnosed the issue, confirmed it was not normal at all and gave us some recommendations on how to fix the issue. Once our landlords finally agreed to the recommended repairs, the technicians came right back out and made all of the repairs within a few hours. The guys were super knowledgeable and professional. I'd definitely use this company any time we have any other issues and also would recommend them to anyone. We are so happy to have a working heater after not having one for 6 weeks. Despite popular belief, it does get cold in the winter in california!Report
