Our family of four has shopped here for several years now. Lucy has furnished our children's bedrooms with mattresses and furniture as well as our master bedroom. Lucy is warm, welcoming and a pleasure to even chat with. She feels like family and makes you aware that she is trying hard to take care of your needs at a reasonable price. She also makes sure safety is thought of which is nice when you have young ones. I highly recommend doing business here, you will be satisfied on many levels. All I can say is WOW! What a pleasant experience. From the moment I walked in to the moment I left with my sons bunk bed the service and attentiveness was AMAZING! The kind woman that runs this store took the time to show me all the options, price everything out, list what was in stock, and provide an ETA on delivery of the unit I selected. She has an amazing inventory and will walk you through every step. They definitely know how to build value with each customer and each sale!

I had the best experience at Best Prices Furniture & Mattress. We love the bunk bed and mattress we purchased. They had what we wanted in stock, they were helpful and nice.

Hours posted as well as listed on their voicemail arent accurate. They also never return phone calls or even answer the phone . Drove over an hour and a half to get here to show up ...hoping maybe they were just busy with customers. That was not the case. This place looks like an old abandon building nothing going on super dirty. No customer service what so ever and no return phone calls either. Beware buy elsewhere.

The hours were wrong on the phone - we apologize. For future reference, the posted hours on the door are correct. COVID has changed our hours this year and that has been an adjustment for all of our customers. We had a phone issue recently, so we are sorry that you were not able to connect with us. Our old building is part of the downtown charm (for many). We wish you noting but the best in the new year!

Amazing service. I called for an estimate and was invited to come down even though they were closing soon. Had everything purchased and delivered less then an hour later.

Extraordinary service & sales(wo)manship! Thank you Lucy for being honest, reasonable, fair, and running a store that is customer centered. We believe in the products, the quality, and the care put into every sale. Although we came in for a bed, we ended up loving the products, and furnishing multiple bedrooms, and our dining room from the Best Prices store.
Thank you for your love and hard work in this store! I would come from all over WA to buy from you again!!!
