This is the law firm to go to for your legal matters. When I first talked to Atty Benari over the phone and explained to him my situation, he said the case against me was B.S.! Lol. He made me feel confident that he could win my case and I had to have him. He was a little more expensive than the first attorney that I spoke to but he was worth every penny because the first law firm that I went to was such a naysayer saying things like 'you might lose, you may have to file an appeal with the higher court, yadda yadda. Although the first attorney was cheaper I couldn't have him represent me in court. On the day of the hearing Stephen Ciarrocchi, Esquire from Benari Law Group came to court to represent me. He was a nice young man and he went in that courtroom and fought for me and won! He had so much knowledge of the law that the EDP was trying to unjustly use against me, it was like he put them in a legal head lock. I had been carrying this burden for months until the hearing was finally held and by the Grace of God I was finally set free! Thanks so much to Atty. Benari and Atty. Ciarrocchi, and the Law Group!!!

This is the 1st time I have ever needed a criminal lawyer so I had no idea what to expect, having Baltazar Rubio as my lawyer made a huge difference in the outcome of my case. He took the time to explain each and every paper I signed, every letter I received etc. never got annoyed with me n trust me I can be annoying.. ???? I felt confident with Mr.Rubio and the entire firm that they would help me do what’s best for me. I learned a very important thing DONT EVER LIE TO UR LAWYER.. ha ha I pray I’ll never need them again but I’ll be sure to recommend to every criminal I know… jk… thanks a million! Hello all and to those looking for a Criminal Laywer I had the unfortunate pleasure of dealing with the Benari Law Group and it's unfortunate because I never expected to be in a position to ever need representation in this form but it was great that I found them there Goggle I check ratings and reviews and from the open of the consulting with the 1st Laywer who was explaining and letting me know about my options and just helping me further understand everything that was happening and how it would proceed was very good...Mr. Rubio did my Preliminary hearing and he was very knowledgeable focused and insightful and made alot of strong points and was opening the eyes of the judge and further explained things to me after...there was one miscommunication as far as billing and minor confusion with the recpection which was cleared up with a simple phone call...was informed Mr. Moyer was going to handle and represent me threw out...The PreTrial hearing came and he spoke prior to me about things how wanted it to go explained my options and shared his thoughts and insights and answered all my questions and my Wife's as Mr. Rubio did. Mr. Moyer was kind, patient, knowledgeable they both were well spoken and known and knew how to handle and carry themself but I was very pleased with the service and the outcome they provided considering everything against this might not sound like a professional review but I'm just sharing my experience with them and I hope I never have to use them again or even recommend them but if I knew of anyone who needed represention in this on this level I would most definitely suggest The Benari Law Group.
