Bath Fitter

Great consultation, thorough and professional, as expected from a company with the reputation bath fitter has. We are looking forward to our new Bathfitter shower. Nathan was awesome answered all our questions and gave us the piece of mind we wanted.

Jim Seville did an excellent job replacing our garden tub with a large walk-in shower. Job was completed in

one day. very professional.

Be careful dealing with the Columbia Sc branch they are obviously hard up for business and are misleading. We were told one thing by are salesman and after deciding not to use them (which definitely glad we didn’t and they kept our good faith deposit )It’s a lesson learned but I work for very large company and our customers are the backbone to our success we would never keep someone’s deposit for our services especially if we haven’t even provided a service yet but we’re not desperate for money. If u do business with them be careful and do your homework and also hope you don’t have to talk to there District Sales Manager because he doesn’t seem to care about the customer according to him it’s buisness but I’m gonna disagree BE CAREFUL
