I was looking for unique, minimalistic, one of a kind type ring and came across Barkev's LA. Found the ring I needed but website didn't have diamond to go with it. I gave Barkev's a call and Barry found a diamond of exact specs I told him. Barry is very responsive and diligent. He showed me 5-7 diamonds which were not listed on the website before I made selection. Finally, to complete the order Vatche worked with me on timeline and shipping details. Vatche guaranteed delivery of the ring on the day I requested. Process was extremely fast. Vatche and Barry are top guys. Customer service is brilliant. I'd highly recommend it for anyone who's looking for unique collection.

I recently became engaged & I was able to chose the ring of my liking. Upon searching the thousands of rings out there, one particular one kept catching my eye. I wanted a minor adjustment to the ring I Iiked, so I sent an email to the address listed on their website. I received prompt responses & they were very accommodating to my requests. We had a fantastic experience with Barkev's. We found and ordered the ring online and had great customer service with Vatche from then on out. This included having to send it back for slight resizing and then to get the engagement and wedding rings mounted. Both times the service was very quick with great communication. Long version for the people who like details: When looking for an engagement ring, you should match the ring to your lady's style and personality. My fiance (now wife) is beautiful, classy, trendy, different, and expensive. (Just joking about the expensive part.) It is hard to find the rest of those criteria all in one ring though. That is why I chose Barkev's.

I looked around a long time before discovering Barkev's. All the other rings were too plain, too old-timey, or cheap looking. Just compare the pictures you see online. You will see what I mean.

The engagement ring from Barkev's turned out amazing. My wife loved it. All her friends and family loved it as well. I bought her wedding ring from Barkev's as well. Just as amazing.

Other than the high quality of the products, Barkev's has had excellent customer service ever since the first time I spoke with them. When my wife needed her ring resized, we sent it back to Barkev's to do it. That is because they can be trusted. (You should be careful with some other companies. They may swap your diamond to a lesser grade, and you likely would not even know. Just FYI.)

Years later, my wife's engagement ring was stolen while on vacation. When I told Barkev's about it, they provided me a discount on the new ring without me asking.

Barkev's is about the only companies that feel highly enough about to take time to write a long review. If I ever write a review, the company is either amazing or horrible. Barkev's obviously being the former.

For anybody still reading at this point, do yourself a favor. Keep Barkev's bookmarked as a comparison, if you plan to continue to look around. You will see.

My family has been going to Barkev with our jewelry needs for years. My parents have worked with him for decades and in 2018, when both my sister and I were getting married we both used Barkev for our ring needs. Even though he is in Los Angeles and we are in the SF Bay Area it is worth purchasing long distance. He is trustworthy, talented and experienced. Earlier this year when my wife’s engagement ring needed some maintenance and my wedding ring needed to be resized we went back to Barkev who was quick and efficient with my wife’s ring. We left my ring with him to be resized and he mailed it back to us free of charge. It fits great and I’m very happy with it. We highly recommend Barkev for your important jewelry needs.

My engagement ring and wedding band are from Barkev’s, and both are absolutely gorgeous. After a few years, I noticed a diamond missing from my engagement ring band. I reached out to Vatche at Barkev’s via email, and he quickly responded with instructions to send the ring in. The only cost to my husband and I was the shipping (with insurance for the ring). They fixed my ring and cleaned it up. When they shipped it back, I couldn’t believe how brand new my ring looked! All of this was done in a week’s time from my shipping it out to receiving it back.
