Quick & friendly. Very thorough.

I went to Baierl to purchase a vehicle 4 days after they posted the vehicle online. I put 1k dollars down to hold the vehicle because they wouldn't let me buy the vehicle without transferring my license from out of state to a PA license. Even though I had already submitted all the necessary paperwork and had already been approved to buy the vehicle they still wouldn't let me at least purchase the vehicle then pick it up when I had my PA license. I contacted them 4-5 days a week to keep them updated about my license. It took me two weeks to get my license because I had to apply for and receive my social security card first to get my out of state license transferred. I did everything they asked me to do. I stayed in contact with them and updated them every step of the way. Then the same day I got my PA license they sold the car to another customer even though the car had a sold sign on it. Even though I put a hold down to purchase the vehicle. And even though I told them I would be in today (9/25/20) to purchase the vehicle. That shows you how much Baierl Toyota values new business. That shows you how the sales team treats each other. That shows you how management works because they were all very much aware of my deal. I waited 2.5 weeks to purchase the vehicle because they wouldn't let me pay for it with a WV license. Once I finally get my PA license they sell the vehicle the day before I was supposed to pick it up.

Extremely helpful and friendly staff. I do no live in the area, otherwise, I would have bought my vehicle from them when I stopped by there on a whim on my way through the area.
