Genuinely just don’t go here. I’ve been going to other AxessPointe locations for years now and have never had an experience as poor as my first time at this location.
Terrible service, bad attitudes, waiting over an hour for nothing but a flu shot???
I rarely ever leave reviews, and even less often bad reviews. So, seriously, I couldn’t recommend this place any less. I could go on but to be honest my whole experience was a whole lot of Nothing.. I sat for 30+ minutes after a basic checkup waiting for a flu shot but instead just heard all the nurses laughing and talking in the hallway next to me for at least half the time.

No one ever answers the phone and I always wait DAYS for a return call then when I finally
get a answer on the phone and explain no one calls me back I'm then told my concerns would be forwarded to the doctor then no one ever calls back! Absolutely Unbelievably poor service.
