I highly recommend asking for Tom Smith if you are looking for your next vehicle at Audi in Leesport/Reading. He answered all our questions and was extremely patient. We spent all day deciding on our vehicle and when finally made our decision all the staff worked to find the best payment option and warranty choice for us. We never felt under any pressure but if we needed a question answered felt very confident Tom Smith would have the answer or direct us to the person who did.They always allowed us the breathing room to make our decision. It was a very pleasant car buying experience and feel confident our car choice, payment option and warranty option was the absolute best for us. Thanks to Tom and all the staff that helped us we will not hesitate to look for our next vehicle at Audi Reading!

My experience in the purchase of my vehicle was favorable. The sales representative was very attentive to my needs and he personally communicated to me effectively through emails with concerns I had regarding, vehicle pricing, warranties and maintenance. The manager worked with me personally to expediate the transaction of the sale so I would not have to wait for my sales representative to complete a transaction with another customer prior to my arrival. Finally, the financial department advisor was very instrumental in assuring that I was offered an exceptional rate and explained in detail questions my husband and I needed clarification, prior to the purchase of my vehicle. These gentlemen certainly worked as a team to finalize the deal.

They did give us a great deal on the vehicle. But when we took it in for service because the pre sense was overly aggressive, the initial And person in the service area, the one with gauges in his ears , acted like they were not even interested in the problems we were describing. After we got the loaner car we got a different service person who checked the computer and our concerns were not in the system. The second person put them on the system.

Audi of Reading was very attentive to my concerns regarding leasing another Audi. Adam (sales Associate) was very patient and took the needed time to show me how to set up and use my 2021 Audi. Adam was very knowledgeable as well as informative about of Audi vehicles. Very please with the service I was provided.
John (Finance Assoc) made sure to have all necessary documents ready to review with me when it was time to sign documents. No unnecessary time was wasted.
Both made my transfer very enjoyable.

After having my car for a 2-3 hour repair I discovered that the part wasn't ordered even after the repair and cost was approved several days prior and the car would not be completed Friday as promised. After being lied to multiple times and not getting any concrete promise on when the repair would be completed I spoke to the service department manager on Tuesday June 29th. This was the 7th day of trying to get this repair completed. Yes I was angry at this point and I demanded the service was completed that day (again this was day 7 of not having my car). After expressing my frustration and detailing my experience the service department manager yelled at me "it didn't get ordered, it fell through the cracks, life happens." among other nasty comments disregarding me and my experience. I told him this was all unacceptable, he could not talk to me like that and that I wanted his full name and title in addition to the name and title of the service team member who didn't follow through. I was hung up on without getting the names and titles. I immediately called back and then was told that they would do their best to get it done. Ultimately I did get it back on the 7th day but not after being lied to multiple times and screamed at by the service manager. I have never been spoken to like this in my entire life. I will never be back or recommend this Audi location.
