Watch the money and the money people Unfortunately, my mother needed a conservator over her affairs. I received the annual report regarding expenses. She had to stay at the house in Castle Rock when her dementia declined further. The care was good. The activities are spot on and the communication on their app is fair. She regretfully passed away at this place. Looking at the report I saw there were 2 payments her first month of $6,200.00 each. Then I saw another payment made two months after her passing.
