I love the brussel sprouts! ????Report
Took 45 min to get our burgers . On top of that other people that came after us got their food first. May be a good hamburger but no worth the wait time.Report
The waiter had been working for more than 10 hours that day but still had a smile on his face and gave everything he could.Report
I recently ate at Aioli Gourmet Burgers with my husband and children. My husband raves about it, so I wanted to give it a try. The burgers were perfectly cooked. I ordered the one with egg and avocado (California?). Delicious! Everyone in my family ordered something different, and we were all pleased.Report
The dipping sauces for the fries are tantalizing. I recommend trying all the sauces, if possible. We had regular fries, sweet potato fries, and onion rings to share (and dip).
The restaurant is decorated in an upbeat manner, and I felt like it needed a jukebox. ????My only complaint was that the table and seats were dirty, but they were busy.
On a scale of 1-10, I give their burgers a 9. I recommend you give it a try.
It's a good burger but not my favorite. Better grab a couple dozen napkins if you order the California burger because it is messyReport

I had a Groupon for 2 burger combos for $20 almost $30- which was deeply discounted- but I found out their lunch special is only $9.99 each combo so not much of a deal.Report
Anyways, we're at a resort with a great burger food truck but I wanted to try something different.
My daughter didn't like the apple wood bacon on her burger and she was peeling it all off. She loved the onion rings.
I ordered the loaded fries with bacon, avocado, sauce and red onions and a hatch chili burger. The burger was ok- nothing really knocked my socks off, but the fries were terrible. They resembled old McDonald's fries smothered in toppings which were so salty that I couldn't finish them.
I usually clean my plate but this was disappointing.
Today sunday I had the pleasure of dining at Aioli Gourmet Burgers with my oldest son and it was nothing short of a culinary delight. The star of the evening was the New Mexico burger, an exquisite creation that tantalized my taste buds in every bite. The patty, juicy and cooked to perfection, was beautifully complemented by the rich, spicy kick of the green chili. It was a harmonious blend of flavors that danced in my mouth.Report
What really took the experience over the top were the fries. They weren't just an afterthought, but a standout on their own. Crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, each fry was a perfect vehicle for the flavorsome seasoning that had been masterfully applied. They were so good that I found myself savoring each one.
The ambiance of Aioli Gourmet Burgers added to the overall experience, with a welcoming atmosphere and staff who were as delightful as the food they served. Every aspect of my visit was impressive, from the attentive service to the quality of the ingredients used in every dish.
In summary, Aioli Gourmet Burgers is a must-visit for anyone who appreciates gourmet burgers and outstanding sides. The New Mexico burger with green chili is a culinary masterpiece, and the fries are the best I’ve ever had. I can't wait to return and explore more of their menu!
Service polite and quick. However, would not accept cash and I do not support that political movement. Also, restaurant does not have a non-chemical sugar free option such as brewed tea. Burger beef and bun and fries average to sub. Denny's regular menu burgers are more gourmet.Report
