Sponsorship FAQ

• How do I request an edit to my sponsorship ad?
  1. Log in to your account on BOTW.org here.
  2. Select “Manage Sponsorships” from the links on the left and open the listing by clicking the ID number.
  3. At the bottom of the page there is a “Request Update / Cancel Sponsorship” category. Write your requested changes in the “Your Comments” box and select the “Request Update” button to submit.

• How do I cancel my Sponsorship?
  1. Log in to your account on BOTW.org here.
  2. Select “Manage Sponsorships” from the links on the left and open the listing by clicking the ID number.
  3. At the bottom of the page there is a “Request Update / Cancel Sponsorship” category. Explain your cancellation in the “Cancel Reason” box and select the “Cancel” button to confirm.

• My sponsorship ad is on hold. How can I reactivate it?
  1. Log in to your account on BOTW.org here.
  2. Select “Manage Sponsorships” from the links on the left and open the sponsorship by clicking the ID number.
  3. Select “Add/Manage Credit Cards” under Billing Information.
     1. To update your current credit card - Select the card from the drop down menu and click “View/Edit”. Enter the correct information and click “Update”.
     2. To add a new card - Click “Add New” , fill out the required information and click “Add”.
  4. Return to view the sponsorship and select the desired card under Billing Information and click “Update”.
  5. Click “Reactivate” under Sponsorship Details.

• What are the Criteria and Terms for submitting a sponsorship?
  • I understand that there is no guarantee that my sponsorship will be added to the directory.
  • I understand that BOTW editors, in their sole judgment, shall determine the suitability, placement, title and description of all sponsorships in the BOTW Directory.
  • The site I'm suggesting is up and running 24/7, is not under construction, does not contain sexually explicity material, and can support multiple browsers and capabilities. The site must contain unique content, as determined by a BOTW editor
  • The site must not contain any content, products, services or other information that may be illegal to sell under any applicable law, that may infringe or violate anyone's rights, or that, BOTW believes, in its sole discretion, is offensive.
