• How do I upgrade my annual listing to a “lifetime” listing?
  1. Log in to your account on BOTW.org here.
  2. Select “Manage Listings” from the links on the left and open the listing by clicking the ID number.
  3. Under listing details, select the “Lifetime Upgrade” button listed beneath the renewal date.
  4. Follow the 2-step process and confirm the listing upgrade.

• How do I request an edit to my directory listing?
  1. Log in to your account on BOTW.org here.
  2. Select “Manage Listings” from the links on the left and open the listing by clicking the ID number.
  3. Scroll to the bottom and edit your listing details beneath the “Request Changes” heading.
  4. Confirm that you agree to our Terms & Conditions by checking the box and click the “Request Update” button.

• What happens if my listing is rejected?
  1. Log in to your account on BOTW.org here.
  2. Select “Manage Listings” from the navigation links on the left and open the listing by clicking the ID number.
  3. Scroll to the bottom of the page and edit your listing details beneath the “Request Changes” heading. Be sure to fix the errors that led to your rejection or provide a reason as to why the site should be reconsidered.
  4. Confirm that you agree to our Terms & Conditions by checking the box beneath the comments field and click the “Request Update” button.

• How do I cancel my Directory Listing?
  1. Log in to your account on BOTW.org here.
  2. Select “Manage Listings” from the navigation links on the left side of the screen.
  3. Open the listing by clicking the ID number.
  4. Confirm that the listing should be removed from the directory immediately by selecting the “Process Cancellation” button.
  5. The listing should no longer appear on the “Manage Listings” page and you will receive an email confirmation of your cancellation.

• What is the fee for upon submission?

  You are charged a review fee upon submitting a website to the BOTW Directory. This fee only ensures that your submission will be reviewed by an editor.
  This payment in no way guarantees that your listing will be approved and included in the directory.
  If you choose the annual option and your listing is approved, you will be charged that amount annually as part of a yearly review of your listing (to ensure compliance with our Terms of Service).
  If you choose the lifetime option, you are opting for a one-time only payment. Your website will still be reviewed annually, but you only be charged once for the initial review. You will not be charged for any future reviews of your listing.
  All review fees are nonrefundable regardless of which payment option you choose, and regardless of whether your submission is approved or rejected.

• What are the terms of submission?
  • I understand that there is no guarantee that my site will be added to the directory.
  • I understand that BOTW editors, in their sole and final judgement, shall determine the suitability, placement, title and description of all sites listed in the BOTW Directory.
  • The site I'm suggesting is in the English language, contains substantively unique content, and does not already appear in the BOTW directory.
  • The site I'm suggesting is up and running 24/7, is not under construction, and can support multiple browsers and capabilities.
  • I understand that I will be charged a non-refundable fee of $149.95.
  • I understand that if my site is added, every year thereafter I will be charged the recurring annual review fee.
  • If the site I am submitting is a blog, it has a history of at least six months.
