  • Can you send me an invoice for my directory submission?
    1. Log in to your account on BOTW.org here.
    2. Select “Manage Listings” from the links on the left and open the listing by clicking the ID number.
    3. Select the “Print Listing Invoice” option on the top right of the page. This will open a new browser window with a printable version of your invoice.

  • How do I remove a credit card from my BOTW Account?
    NOTE: A card cannot be removed if it is tied to an active listing or sponsorship.
    1. Log in to your account on BOTW.org here.
    2. Select “Billing Information” from the links on the left.
    3. Select the credit card you would like to remove from the drop down menu and click “View/Edit”.
    4. Click “Remove Card” and click OK.

  • My listing is on hold. How can I reactivate it?
    1. Log in to your account on BOTW.org here.
    2. Select “Manage Listings” from the links on the left and open the listing by clicking the ID number.
    3. Select “Add/Manage Credit Cards” under Billing Information.To update your current card - Select the card from the menu and click “View/Edit”. Enter the new information and click “Update”.

      To add a new card - Click “Add New”, fill out the required information, and click “Add”.

    4. Return to view the listing again and select the appropriate card under Billing Information and click “Update” .
    5. Click the “Reactivate Listing” button under Listing Details.

  • How do I cancel my Directory Listing?
    1. Log in to your account on BOTW.org here.
    2. Select “Manage Listings” from the navigation links on the left side of the screen.
    3. Open the listing by clicking the ID number.
    4. Confirm that the listing should be removed from the directory immediately by selecting the “Process Cancellation” button.
    5. The listing should no longer appear on the “Manage Listings” page and you will receive an email confirmation of your cancellation.

  • How do I cancel my Sponsorship?
    1. Log in to your account on BOTW.org here.
    2. Select “Manage Sponsorships” from the links on the left and open the listing by clicking the ID number.
    3. At the bottom of the page there is a “Request Update / Cancel Sponsorship” category. Explain your cancellation in the “Cancel Reason” box and select the “Cancel” button to confirm.
