The 2007 NFL season kicks off on September 5th with the Super Bowl Champion Indianpolis Colts taking on the New Orleans Saints.

The Saints, who finished 2006 with a regular season record of 10-6, fell one game short of going to the Super Bowl last year. Quite a turnaround from the team that suffered through a 3-13 season in 2005 after the tragedy of Hurricane Katrina. This summer, New Orleans has added wide receivers Robert Meachem and David Patten, along with tight end Eric Johnson to complement quarterback Drew Brees, wide receiver Marques Colston, and the running back tandem of Reggie Bush and Deuce McAllister.

Colts Championship RallyFor the Super Bowl Champs, it will be more of the same in Indianapolis this season with Peyton Manning throwing to wide receivers Marvin Harrison and Reggie Wayne. With Dominic Rhodes gone to the Oakland Raiders, look for young Joseph Addai to carry most of the load at running back.
