Knocked Up“Knocked Up” was one of the funniest films of the year and now it’s set for DVD release on September 25.

Writer/director Judd Apatow (The 40-Year-Old Virgin) delivers another hilarious comedy about the consequences of a one night stand.

Allison Scott, played by Katherine Heigl of Grey’s Anatomy, is a 24-year-old journalist whose life takes an unexpected twist after she becomes pregnant from a drunken night with Ben Stone (Seth Rogan).

Though Ben is more concerned with partying than fatherhood and Allison is way out of his league, the two make a go of it and try to start a relationship for the sake of the baby.

The movie also features Leslie Mann and Paul Rudd as Allson’s sister Debbie and her brother-in-law Pete, who are not exactly in a model marriage themselves.

The witty movie was met with rave reviews, including a Certified Fresh 92% from Rotten Tomatoes. “Knocked Up” grossed over $148 million in U.S. box offices.

The movie is rated R for profanity and graphic language, drug use, sexual content and crude humor.
