In The Biggest Loser 4 finale on Tuesday night, the Biggest Loser of the season was awarded the $250,000.

The show, hosted by Days of Our Lives star Alison Sweeney, starts out with 18 contestants at the beginning of the season. Contestants are split into teams and then eliminated each week until there are only four left heading into the final episode of the season.

That’s where we were as we headed into Tuesday night’s episode. But don’t think the 14 that were knocked out previously were long forgotten. All of them were back on the finale episode to reveal how much they had lost since first appearing on the show. At the end of the night, it was Jim Germanakos with a 186 pound weight loss who took home the $100,000 prize from the home weight loss competition.

But that wasn’t the big prize – $250,000 was up for grabs for the four finalists. One by one, each of the four weighed in.

These twins are now on the road to a healthy life. And though they will have to battle to keep their weight off, they now have a whole lot of money too!

The first episode of The Biggest Loser 5 airs in January.
